Bio Debiasi
From farm to jar naturally and sustainably.
About the family:
Biodebiasi was founded by Alessandro and Paola Debiasi, who share a deep commitment to organic farming, biodiversity, and sustainable land stewardship. Inspired by a love for traditional agriculture and a belief in preserving natural ecosystems, they transformed their family’s fields into a certified organic farm long before organic became a widespread movement.
From seed selection to harvesting and processing, the family oversees every step of production with care and hands-on attention. Their mission is to cultivate crops in harmony with the land and to offer products that reflect the true taste of nature, grown without synthetic chemicals and nurtured through crop rotation, natural fertilization, and manual care. Over the years, this close connection to the earth has become both a way of life and a legacy they share with their children and the local community, rooted in respect for tradition and a forward-looking approach to environmental stewardship.
Today, Biodebiasi’s products — from vegetables and preserves to botanical extracts and artisan foods — carry the story of a family who chose to work gently with the land, guided by patience, knowledge, and a long-standing belief that quality starts long before the harvest.

About the land around Biodebiasi:
Biodebiasi’s farm lies on the hills of Patone in Isera, in the Vallagarina area of Trentino, where gentle elevations (mostly between about 500 m and 800 m above sea level) offer a favourable microclimate for fruit and vegetable cultivation.
The terrain’s exposure and daily temperature swings — cooler nights and warm days — contribute to the development of intense aromatics and balanced ripening, especially noticeable in apples and small fruits grown here.
“Our land gives us what it can, and we only take what we need — working with the seasons, the soil, and the life around us.”
