For the past fifteen years, our team has been crafting deeply curated experiences across Europe — through our tour operator BIKO, and through Viveur Studio, the creative studio behind the Viveur Club.

To create journeys that would stay with our guests for years, we had to leave the obvious paths behind. So we went looking for extraordinarily skilled artisans — people working quietly, far off the radar. Our guests felt the difference immediately. They understood they weren’t just consuming something — they were experiencing something real. Something rare.

And honestly, we loved it just as much behind the scenes. Those encounters changed the way we see food and craftsmanship. Because behind every truly exceptional product, there is always a person, a place, and a choice to do things the hard way.

Viveur was born from that journey. It’s our way of sharing these products — and their stories —not only with the people who travel with us, but with a broader… yet very limited circle of food lovers. People who don’t just crave hard-to-find, deeply healthy food, but who care about who made it, where it comes from, and why it exists.

We call our artisans the Heroes of the Land. Viveur is an invitation to support them, to taste their work, and to reconnect with something honest, human, and rare.
