Today, Licia and her family oversee every step — from nurturing and harvesting each mushroom at peak ripeness to preparing small-batch creams and preserves in their workshop. Their work reflects the quiet rhythm of Friuli’s forests, where tradition, humidity, and steady hands shape products defined by authenticity and earthy depth.
