Friulano
ANTICO BROILO
A dry white wine. The grapes undergo a brief skin contact maceration, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and aging in steel for 8-12 months, resulting in a wine that is sapid and enveloping with fresh aromatic notes of almond, liquorice, and citrus — a true expression of the local terroir.

Antico Broilo
Antico Broilo is a family-run organic winery in Prepotto, in the Colli Orientali del Friuli region of northeast Italy. The estate (about 6 hectares) is managed by members of the Durì family — Giovanni, Patrizia and Massimo — who continue generations of winemaking tradition while focusing on quality and respect for nature.
They cultivate several grape varieties, both native and international, using eco-friendly and mostly organic methods, hand-harvest grapes, and aim to express the character of the terroir in their wines. Their production includes both reds (like Schioppettino and Refosco) and whites, with careful vineyard work and traditional cellar practices.
100 % Friulano - white grape variety native to Friuli-Venezia Giulia in northeastern Italy. It’s one of the region’s most important and traditional grapes, closely tied to local food and culture.
