Bianchera BIO Olive Oil

An intense and characterful olive oil from the Carso plateau, made primarily from the rare Bianchera (Snožak) variety. Grown in rocky limestone soils and shaped by sea air and Bora winds, it expresses vibrant green notes, structured bitterness, and a distinctive peppery finish.

At Azienda Agricola Zahar, five generations of the Zahar family have tended vineyards and olive groves on the limestone hills of the Carso, shaping a way of farming rooted in patience, tradition, and respect for nature. Today the estate is led by Tania Stefani, who guides both wine and olive oil production with a fully organic, hands-on approach.
