Zahar Farm
At Azienda Agricola Zahar, five generations of the Zahar family have tended vineyards and olive groves on the limestone hills of the Carso, shaping a way of farming rooted in patience, tradition, and respect for nature. Today the estate is led by Tania Stefani, who guides both wine and olive oil production with a fully organic, hands-on approach.
From vineyard to cellar, every step is carried out on a small scale, allowing each bottle to reflect the character of the land and the family’s quiet dedication behind it.
