Malvasia Rifermentata
SAN LURINS, 750ml
A modern traditional-method sparkling wine made from hand-picked grapes from the estate’s historic vineyards. It undergoes in-bottle fermentation without disgorgement, with the lees left in the bottle under a crown cap — a choice that preserves active evolution and character. The result is a fresh, rich, and long-lasting sparkling white with lively bubbles, reflecting both the local Friulian climate and careful organic farming

San Lurins
San Lurins is a small, family-run organic winery in San Lorenzo Isontino, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where the Pecorari family has worked the land since the late 19th century. After decades of farming grapes, Marco Pecorari revived the estate’s winemaking tradition, returning to bottling wines under the family name.
Today, the vineyards are cultivated organically and tended with a hands-on, minimal-intervention approach, producing honest, expressive wines that reflect both heritage and place.
